Accreditation & Outcomes Coordinator CME (Remote)

Remote - Voorhees, NJ

RMEI Medical Education, LLC, a full-service medical education company, is seeking an Accreditation & Outcomes Coordinator to join the team. This role will support the program accreditation and outcomes departments. We are looking for someone who has a strong attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Continuing Medical Education (CME) preferred.

The corporate office is located in Voorhees, New Jersey, just outside of Philadelphia. Due to COVID-19, the company is currently working in a remote environment. This role can be 100% remote.

Responsibilities for Accreditation Support:

  • Manage CE certificate and faculty forms production and delivery, including creation and tracking through Accreditation Profile database
  • Coordinate with IT services for ongoing enhancements in Accreditation Profile database 
  • Enter new activities into Joint Accreditation PARS (JA-PARS) and RMEI Accreditation Profile database upon acceptance
  • Coordinate the review and mitigation of disclosure forms and inform the Program Manager contact of status and approvals
  • Submit learner data to ACCME for ABIM Maintenance of Certification (MOC) learners and CPE Monitor for Pharmacists on a monthly basis
  • Document Activity Planning forms in compliance folder for each activity, working closely with Program Managers
  • Maintenance of accurate and compliant records of attendance, faculty management, faculty disclosures, clinical content review, and commercial support
  • Review program materials to ensure for compliance with Joint Accreditation (JA) policies, when requested by supervisor
  • Assist in fulfilling Open Payments/Sunshine Reporting Requirements set by commercial supporters
  • Complete annual reporting to Joint Accreditation
  • Assist with online reporting requirements of all grantors
  • Validate data received from distribution partners and others against Data Warehouse template
  • Upload files into Data Warehouse to implement cleaning, coding, and scoring process 
  • Validate accuracy of upload in Data Warehouse
  • Provide the Data Management and Outcomes Coordinator cleaned, coded, and scored files
  • Participate in the development and documentation of department standard operating procedures

Responsibilities for Outcomes and Analytics Support:

  • Questionnaire entry into data warehouse (admin portal), as new activities are launched; ensuring questions on new activities match exactly to questionnaire input
  • Validate data received from distribution partners and others against Data Warehouse template 
  • Upload files into Data Warehouse to implement cleaning, coding, and scoring process 
  • Validate accuracy of upload in Data Warehouse
  • Provide the Data Management and Outcomes Coordinator cleaned, coded, and scored files
  • Participate in the development and documentation of department standard operating procedures

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in the Continuing Medical Education and/or Medical Education industries preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
